Clear Books is looking for an ambitious technical support analyst to join our Support Team.

The role will primarily involve looking after the thousands of small businesses that rely on our accounting software; answering their questions and solving their problems as they use our online accounting system on a day to day basis. This is an opportunity to learn how a diverse range of small businesses operate as well as to learn the fundamentals of accounting. As part of the role you will have the opportunity to pursue an accounting qualification with the AAT.

Excellent written skills are essential as this is the primary form of communication with our customers.

We’re a rapidly growing company so there will be opportunities later depending on where your strengths lie (e.g. QA testing, customer training).
