Adding a new client to Clear Books as an Accountant or Bookkeeper

Steps
1. Go to the Partner section within Clear Books
2. Select Add Client
3. Enter the clients business name and register the business
4. Invite the client into their account from Home > Users
If you are looking to invite a client in to Clear Books please follow the steps below.
Step 1.
Go to the Partner section within your Clear Books partner account (i.e. the account you set up for your business).
Step 2.
Select the Add Client tab.
Step 3.
Enter the client’s business name

The client will then need to be registered in the same way that all new businesses are registered on Clear Books; by completing standard sign up details such as VAT scheme.
Step 4.
Invite the client into their business. Select the client’s newly created business from the drop down box to the top right of Clear Books, then go Home > Users and click Invite User to the bottom of the page.
The client will now need to except the email invite. Please ask your client to check their spam or junk email box if the email is not in their inbox.
