This tutorial shows how our early users can switch from the original Clear Books log in system to the new Fubra Passport.

The Fubra Passport is a central log-in system managed by Fubra (who co-own Clear Books). There are a number of reasons why we are switching to the Fubra Passport.

• Fubra Passport Network The Fubra Network is over 100 diverse websites with one central log in system, the Fubra Passport. If you are a member of other Fubra websties such as OurProperty.co.uk or PetrolPrices.com then you will already have a Fubra Passport. In fact, over 3 million people have a Fubra Passport! The Fubra Passport will allow you to quickly sign up to Clear Books. It is also your gateway to use  other Fubra websites.
• Passport Groups The Fubra Passport allows you to invite new members to your group. By inviting your accountant, business partner, shareholder or other stakeholder to your group, you will grant them access to your Clear Books account. Group members can collaborate on managing your accounts.
• Fubra Payments The Fubra Passport is integrated with the Fubra Payments system. This will provide the framework to manage your subscription to Clear Books.

If you do not have a Fubra Passport the sign up process is very simple.

1. Sign up for a Fubra Passport from the Register form on the Clear Books website.
2. You will receive an email with a link to activate your Fubra Passport
3. The link will direct you to the Clear Books registration form which requires some basic information about your organisation such as accounting dates, vat scheme and your primary bank account name.
4. Once submitted, you will be up and running and logged in to Clear Books.

If you are an existing Fubra Passport holder you will simply skip steps 1 and 2.
