Buy a license

The cost of the reseller program is £7.50 per month per license. The license is for a Premium subscription plan (standard price £15). We only resell this plan.

Sell a license

The license must be resold to your clients and can be passed on at any price you choose.

Payment

We charge your account on a monthly basis in advance. Any new licenses bought during a month are pro-rated to your payment date.

Your payment date is the date on which you buy your first license.

Setting up a client

  • Log into your account and add a new business
  • Set up the client’s business
  • Buy a license for the account
  • Invite the client into the account

Register for a normal trial account on Clear Books then contact us about the reseller program. We will then enable the reseller features and pricing options.

Monitoring clients

Within your main reseller account you will be able to view a list of all businesses you have set up in Clear Books.

Your monthly invoice will itemise the businesses that you are currently paying for.

What if a client leaves?

If a client closes an account then from that date we will no longer charge you for the closed account. We will notify you when an account is closed.
