Upload scanned expenses and receipts

Steps

  1. Navigate to "Purchases > Bills"
  2. Click the "Attach Scan" icon next to the relevant bill
  3. Select and attach the file

Step 1.

Navigate to “Purchases > Bills” and click on the “Attach Scan” icon next to the bill relating to the scanned receipt or expense you want to upload.

Step 2.

You will be presented with a form to select and upload your file.

You can attach a file that has previously been uploaded to Clear Books by dragging it from the “Available Files” list into the “Attached Files” box and clicking the “Attach” button. Alternatively, use the “Upload Attachment” function to upload a file from your computer or memory device.

Step 3.

Once your file is uploaded bills with an attachment already uploaded will show a different icon. Click on the icon to view the image.
