1. Navigate “Sales > Email”
2. Click list messages
Click email icon under Resend, amend as required and click “Send Email”
Email history allows you to check which emails have been sent and if you need to, resend past emails.
Navigate “Sales > Email” and click “List Messages.
Email History
On the “Email History” page you will see a list of all emails sent from Clear Books along with the “Contact Name”, the email it was sent To and From, the dates it was Sent and the invoice number.
To view the invoice click on the invoice number under “Invoice”.
If an invoice needs to be re-sent to a customer click the email icon under “Resend”.
Clicking the email icon will bring up a copy of the original email with any invoice attachments which you can amend and then send by clicking “Send Email”.
