Complete your organisation or company details

Steps

  1. Navigate to "Home > Settings"
  2. Fill in the details of your company
  3. Click confirm changes

Company details are stored on the Organisation Settings page together with your invoicing, accounting and system preferences.

Step 1.

Navigate “Settings > Organisation”.

What the fields mean

Organisation

Name of company or organisation

Type

Select the type of organisation you are setting up Clear Books for.

Industry

Select the organisation’s industry.

Company Number

Enter the company number.

Make sure you fill in your trading details correctly as these will appear on your invoices.

Contact Name

Enter the company contact name.

Make sure you fill in your trading details correctly as these will appear on your invoices.

 

Step 2.

Fill in your company details; below is a break down of each of the sections that need to be filled in about your organisation.

What the fields mean

Registered address

If your registered address is different from your trading address please enter it here. This will appear at the bottom of your invoices.

Step 3.

Check details are entered correctly and click “Confirm Changes”.
