Invite a user, admin, colleague or employee into your account

Steps

  1. Navigate to "Home > Users"
  2. Enter the invitee's email address and set user permissions
  3. Click "Invite User"

Clear Books supports multiple users so you can invite your accountant or directors into your account to collaborate on your finances.

Step 1.

“Navigate Home > Users”.

Step 2.

Enter invitee’s email and edit user permissions.

Step 3.

At the bottom of the page click “Invite User”.

The user will now need to accept the email invite. If the invitee cannot find the email invite in their inbox please ask them to check their spam or junk box as well.
