Our free one-on-one webinars provide you with all the tools you’ll need to get started on Clear Books. We’ll walk you through navigating the software, the setup and management of client accounts and, most importantly, the core tools and functionality to save you time. Webinar sessions usually last around 30 minutes and can be booked in at a time which best suits you.

Top tip – Training sessions are most effective when tailored to you and how you work. When booking a demo with Clear Books, it’s helpful to include some background information such as:

  • How you work with your clients
  • Any special requirements 
  • Key features you would like to look at

Client webinar training

Getting clients up to speed on a new accounting system can require just as much training as your staff need, if not more. If you need a hand showing your clients how to use Clear Books, pick up the phone and call your account manager, we’ll arrange a free 30-minute webinar, at a time that suits you and, we’ll customise it to focus and your specific requirements.  

Your client will need: 

  • A computer with an internet connection
  • A telephone or mobile

Top tip – When training up your clients, it’s helpful for your account manager to know how much involvement your client will have in their bookkeeping work. Let us know what you want them to manage in Clear Books and we can keep the training simple and relevant to them.

Interactive training session

If your practice is new to Clear Books and you’d like to ensure everyone in your team is up to speed and comfortable on the system, you can book in an interactive training session. This face to face training can be made available onsite or at Clear Books HQ and allows you and your team to learn by using the system. Not sure which session to pick?
