The Clear Books Investment Offer is now in its final week, and we’re getting excited! We are on the verge of 300 shareholders and are delighted with the feedback we’ve received so far. The Clear Books team is now even more excited about where we are heading, so much so that some are choosing to invest in the company too! We thought we’d share some feedback from our internal team members on what they think about Clear Books and why they love being part of it.

1. Why did you join Clear Books?

“What was most interesting to me was that the whole team, around 10-15 people at the time, were all in their 20s. Maybe because of that, the office is pretty relaxed, but people are good at, and passionate about, what they do which is what made me join.”

 “I liked the company values.”

“To become part of a hard working team and to put my ideas into the pool of collective success.”

“I wanted to work for an innovative, young and fresh start up company, where my responsibilities would be intense, but my sense of satisfaction in a workplace would be off the scale.”

2. What do you like best about working for Clear Books?

“Working with a talented team who are also eager to learn. This is really important to me. We are given a lot of flexibility at Clear Books and this puts our self direction and motivation to the test. I’ve learnt so much since joining Clear Books which is the reason I love working here.”

“It’s a friendly atmosphere that doesn’t prevent you from doing things the way you think will help the company over the long term.”

“I love the atmosphere – I get a good Monday feeling! I love the direct reward and recognition that comes with working so closely with small businesses and accountants. I also love finding out all the weird and wonderful things people do for a living!”

3. Why did you invest in Clear Books?

“I have high hopes and expectations for this company. If we continue to recruit talented characters as we have been, and pushing our product and reputation harder, I can only see this investment being a positive choice.”

“To feel truly an important part of the company”

“I believe in Clear Books! I’m a part of the team already, yes. But I wanted to be more than that. Having shares in the company is now even more of a drive for me for the growth and success of Clear Books.”
