Our engineers have been working to resolve and they believe they have identified the key issue and fixed it.<\/p>\n<p>However, we cannot be 100% sure at this stage and are still monitoring carefully.\u00a0We are also setting up a temporary fall back server should the same incident occur again.<\/p>\n<p>Once we are fully stable we will provide a more detailed report on what happened, why, what we are doing about it and when.<\/p>\n<p>Again we are sincerely sorry for the disruption caused.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks for your continued support,<\/p>\n<p>Tim<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear Customers, I wanted to provide a quick and immediate update to the problems we have been suffering with our service.
