What does your business do?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rokk Media is a twelve year old digital agency that develops specialist software, mobile apps, websites and online marketing for clients as diverse as HSBC, T-Mobile, Met Office and Plymouth University. Operating from a purpose built office in Exeter we have grown year on year since incorporation and have an aggressive growth strategy over the next three years to become a key mobile\/software developer in the UK with approaching 100 full-time staff and a similar number of sub-contractors.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Why did you invest in Clear Books?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have been using Clear Books for a few years now and have really enjoyed watching it develop into a feature-rich mature platform. The personal approach to client service compared to competitors is a breath of fresh air and the clear entrepreneurial streak in Tim and the company resonates well with us. As a business we invest in digital solutions &#8211; sometimes in cash, mostly with services and support, and this fits very easily in our portfolio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Clear Books is asking its customers to co-own the business. What do you think?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Crowd sourced funding is a rapidly growing area and the way you targeted an already appreciative audience, and made an offer that most\/all can afford to get involved with was masterful. A very impressive approach which we have taken note of with interest.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. What do you like best about Clear Books?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All of the above noted, what originally drew us away from Xero was two things: 1) an ability to automate communication with the customer and 2) an ability to see when an invoice is opened. I have also enjoyed watching the &#8216;hothouse&#8217; of ideas coming out of the company and regularly look forward to new feature rollouts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
