{"id":1451,"date":"2013-10-03T10:32:33","date_gmt":"2013-10-03T10:32:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.clearbooksplc.com\/?p=1451"},"modified":"2014-02-06T11:20:48","modified_gmt":"2014-02-06T11:20:48","slug":"clear-books-plc-fy14-half-year-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/blog\/clear-books-plc-fy14-half-year-update\/","title":{"rendered":"Clear Books plc FY14 half year update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Clear Books plc (&#8220;Clear Books&#8221; or the &#8220;Company&#8221;) is pleased to announce highlights of its unaudited interim results for the 6 months ended 30 September 2013.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Re-registered as a public limited company on 9th September 2013<\/li>\n<li>First half of FY14 revenue expected to be \u00a3395,000 (this compares to \u00a3474,000 for the full year for FY13)<\/li>\n<li>More than 20% of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/cloudfunding\/\">CloudFunding<\/a> initiative to raise \u00a3839,913 has\u00a0been achieved in just 11 days<\/li>\n<li>New marketing website launched,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.clearbookspro.com\">www.clearbookspro.com<\/a>, which will pave the way for planned sales and marketing activity to accountancy practices<\/li>\n<li>New Clear Books Pro sponsored community event for accountants launched <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tickandbash.com\/\">www.tickandbash.com<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tim Fouracre, CEO, commented:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Company is encouraged that \u00a3181,955 has been raised from 135 shareholders in just 11 days as part of our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/secure.clearbooks.co.uk\/campaigner\/recipient\/track\/183\/350\/4\/?url=www.clearbooks.co.uk%2Fcloudfunding%2F\" target=\"_blank\">Cloud Funding<\/a>\u00a0initiative. It was pleasing to see our crowdfunding platform work so efficiently with all new shareholders able to log in and download their share certificates. &#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;It&#8217;s hugely satisfying to receive such great support from our customers as they join us as new shareholders.
