This is a \u00a32,000 saving\u00a0on Employers&#8217; National Insurance Contributions for small businesses due to take effect from April 2014.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\">Clear Books<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.openpayrollhq.com\">Open Payroll<\/a>, providers of online accounting and payroll software,\u00a0jointly analysed 427 small businesses to examine how this new &#8216;jobs tax&#8217;\u00a0allowance would have affected small businesses if it had been applied in the current tax year.<\/p>\n<p>2 in 3 employers would have paid no jobs tax.
