Here at Clear Books we value the customer’s feedback. Following the first stage of redesign, some have voiced their issue with the navigation which pops up when your mouse cursor hovers over the links.<\/p>\n

Whilst handy to many as a quick method to navigate directly to pages embedded deep in the Clear Books application, it was not always so useful for others.<\/p>\n

To help tailor and improve your experience so that Clear Books is efficient for each and every user, we have introduced a toggle to turn the hover navigation on or off.<\/p>\n

To get to this setting, please follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log on to Clear Books and log into any active Organisation<\/li>\n
  2. Go to: Settings> Organisation> User settings<\/li>\n
  3. As default, the hoverbox is automatically turned on. To turn it off, untick “Menu hoverbox” and click submit<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    It is currently only available for the Clear Books application and would also be added to Staff Room in the future if proven\u00a0successful. More improvements on the application are currently being worked on which will address the text size.<\/p>\n
