Our mission statement at Clear Books is to champion small businesses.<\/p>\n

It’s incredible how much time went into distilling what we do into that one sentence. A lot of time would have been saved if, rather than trying to be clever, we had answered the obvious question: why did we start Clear Books?<\/p>\n

I had developed an online double-entry bookkeeping system for my mum’s theatre school so she could quickly do the accounts. My co-founder had developed an online PDF invoicing system for his brother’s construction business to organise invoices.<\/p>\n

These two systems were merged to create the first version of Clear Books.<\/p>\n

We built Clear Books for our families. Easy to use and time saving. We wanted to make accounting software simple to understand and we were passionate about helping our families be more efficient.<\/p>\n

We started by championing, supporting and helping two family owned businesses. Today Clear Books is championing thousands of small businesses.<\/p>\n

Apple<\/strong>
\nApple design Macs, the best personal computers in the world, along with OS X, iLife, iWork and professional software. Apple leads the digital music revolution with it’s iPods and iTunes online store. Apple has reinvented the mobile phone with it’s revolutionary iPhone and App Store, and is defining the future of mobile media and computing devices with iPad.<\/p>\n

Microsoft
\n<\/strong>At Microsoft our mission and values are to help people and businesses throughout the world realize their full potential.<\/p>\n

Facebook
\n<\/strong>Facebook’s mission is to give people the power to share and make the world more open and connected.<\/p>\n
