Earlier this year, we carried out a survey among our small business customers, asking their views on working with an accountant and what characteristics and skills they value.<\/p>\n

We used the results to create an infographic<\/a> which proved to be very popular, and you can now see some further insights that came from our survey. This new infographic shows the thoughts of those respondents who don\u2019t currently have an accountant, giving an insight into why they do their own accounts and what factors might be important should they change their mind.<\/p>\n
