At Clear Books we\u2019ve adopted several working methods mentioned in the book including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hiring committees to ensure input is received from across the company\u00a0over potential new hires<\/li>\n<li>A &#8216;Top 50 projects&#8217; spreadsheet used to manage our product roadmap<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.businessinsider.com\/googles-ranking-system-okr-2014-1?IR=T\">Objectives and Key Results (OKR&#8217;s)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For anyone who wants a quick snapshot of the key ideas contained in the book, take a look at the handy slideshow below.
