At Clear Books, our reason for being is to save small businesses time, so we\u2019ve put together a list of some of our favourite time-saving apps for you to try out!<\/p>\n

1. Wunderlist\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

Wunderlist, which has recently been bought by Microsoft, is a great app for keeping all of your to-do lists and tasks in one place. It\u2019s easy to use, looks good, and makes it simple to manage both personal and work commitments.<\/p>\n

2. Citymapper \u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

For those of you who live in London, Citymapper can be a lifesaver for when you need to get quickly from A to B. You can also use it on holiday in certain major cities across the world. It has real-time transport information and even tells you how many calories you burn if you walk instead!<\/p>\n

3. Hootsuite\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

While a strong social media presence is important for most businesses, it can be time-consuming to keep all platforms constantly updated. Hootsuite allows you to manage all of your accounts in one place and automatically schedules tweets and posts for you.<\/p>\n

While email is an essential tool too, in a busy office a quick instant message can be \u00a0much more practical for receiving a quick answer and getting things done. The speed and ease of use helps keep projects moving and productivity high.<\/p>\n

Lastpass saves all of your passwords in one place so you don\u2019t have to worry about remembering them yourself. You can use it for personal accounts or create a communal work account so everyone who needs to can access important information anywhere, any time.<\/p>\n

You can also rate drivers to ensure a high level of passenger safety is maintained.<\/p>\n

8. Just Eat\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n

If you\u2019re working late at the office with your team, or just fancy having a group lunch, Just Eat makes it easy to order a wide range of foods all from one simple app, putting an end to searching through dozens of sites or rummaging through drawers full of old menus.<\/p>\n

9. Evernote\u00a0<\/strong><\/a><\/h3>\n
