We asked her\u00a0a few questions about herself and her new role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who are you?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I am Latha, a qualified Chartered Accountant with a rich experience leading finance teams in large companies and sorting complex accounting issues.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your role at Clear Books?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>My role is mainly supporting the customers when they have accounting queries and hopefully I can help strengthen our team with my accounting and finance knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>I will also be working and helping with the technical team on future developments of Clear Books software.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How will you be able to help customers in your new role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I have a good understanding of accounting queries and also understand the impact that transactions and adjustments may have on submissions to HMRC.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What do you like about working at Clear Books so far?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Great friendly people have made me feel welcome, which is helping me settle down into the role seamlessly. I like the modern technology used in internal communication and also the support I have received from my team leader and peers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s your favourite Clear Books feature?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I think the best feature is the dashboard which gives the balances at a glance which is very useful for small businesses.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What piece of accounting advice would you give to business owners?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Make yourself familiar with Clear Books and ask for training if you think you have not understood any part of it.
