{"id":25593,"date":"2016-01-19T14:37:49","date_gmt":"2016-01-19T14:37:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/?p=25593"},"modified":"2016-01-19T14:37:49","modified_gmt":"2016-01-19T14:37:49","slug":"clear-books-auto-enrolment-features-stage-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/blog\/clear-books-auto-enrolment-features-stage-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Clear Books auto enrolment features &#8211; Stage 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Today we\u2019ve released \u2018Stage 3&#8242; of our auto enrolment features, designed to help <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/apps\/payroll\/\">Clear Books Payroll<\/a> users comply with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thepensionsregulator.gov.uk\/docs\/the-essential-guide-for-automatic-enrolment.pdf#2\">UK Government\u2019s new workplace pension regulations.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019d like to see what features we\u2019ve released already, see our blogs for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/2016\/01\/07\/clear-books-auto-enrolment-features-stage-1\/\">Stage 1<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/2016\/01\/12\/clear-books-auto-enrolment-features-stage-2\/\">Stage 2.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s one final auto enrolment feature release scheduled, with &#8216;Stage 4\u2019 due on Thursday 21st January.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Which auto enrolment features are available as part of the \u2018Stage 3\u2019 release?<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Employee pensions report<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There\u2019s now a handy report showing you which employees either entered or left the pension scheme during the selected PRP (Pay Reference Period).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pension contributions report<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This report shows all pension contributions for the selected Pay Reference Period.<\/li>\n<li>The contributions displayed are split down into employee and employer contributions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pension enrolment report<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This report shows personal details of employees, along with their assessment result at the end of the selected Pay Reference Period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All these reports can be accessed by signing in to your Clear Books account, selecting Payroll from the top navigation bar and then navigating to <strong>Pensions <\/strong>&gt;<strong> Reports\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These reports can all be downloaded as CSV to allow them to be uploaded to pension providers services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Improvement to \u2018Employee details\u2019 form<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tabs with uncompleted \u2018required\u2019 fields on the <strong>Employee details<\/strong>\u00a0page\u00a0are now highlighted, and the <strong>Save<\/strong> button is disabled until all required fields are completed.
