{"id":25880,"date":"2016-02-18T11:56:06","date_gmt":"2016-02-18T11:56:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/?p=25880"},"modified":"2016-02-18T11:57:31","modified_gmt":"2016-02-18T11:57:31","slug":"clear-books-auto-enrolment-features-stage-7","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/blog\/clear-books-auto-enrolment-features-stage-7\/","title":{"rendered":"Clear Books auto enrolment &#8211; all features now released!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We\u2019ve now released the 7th and final stage of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/resources\/must-reads\/a-guide-to-auto-enrolment\">auto enrolment <\/a>features for<a href=\"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/apps\/payroll-software\"> Clear Books Payroll<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Below you can see what\u2019s included in the stage 7 release, and at the bottom of the page we\u2019ve linked to details of all the previous 6 feature releases.<\/p>\n<h3>Which auto enrolment features are available as part of the stage 7 release?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Improved wording of &#8216;Assess the workforce&#8217; \u00a0report comments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve made it clearer how the earnings are worked out on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/support\/guides\/auto-enrolment\/find-out-who-to-enrol-assess-the-workforce\/\">Assess the workforce<\/a> report, with it being based either on previous RRP or on annual earnings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>User experience improvements to Clear Books Payroll<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The drop-down menu options on reports will only show those options that are relevant to you.<\/li>\n<li>The options for <strong>Payroll frequency<\/strong> will reflect those you have turned on or off in\u00a0the <strong>Settings<\/strong> tab at the top of the Payroll application.<\/li>\n<li>The options on the <strong>View by tax year<\/strong> drop down will only include the tax years that you have used Payroll in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/AE-7-drop-down1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25885\" src=\"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/AE-7-drop-down1.png\" alt=\"AE 7 drop down\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <strong>Worker category<\/strong>\u00a0field\u00a0on the <strong>Employee<\/strong> page will now automatically update directly from the results of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/support\/guides\/auto-enrolment\/find-out-who-to-enrol-assess-the-workforce\/\"><strong>Assess the workforce<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0report.
