Short, medium, and long descriptions all show at their best. \u00a0Before we roll out this behaviour, please share your feedback on how well this works for you.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>What\u2019s gone live<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each month, we make enhancements, improvements, and bug fixes to Clear Books. \u00a0The following changes are available now.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Payroll Bureau<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Added a feature to prepare a bulk CSV export of P32 data for multiple clients<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>API<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: paid invoices<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that caused display of an unnecessary email address field during the GoCardless integration setup<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Invoices, Quotes, Bills<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Added a feature that allows the default calculation of the due date of an invoice (or bill) to be the last day of the month. \u00a0To use this feature, access the customer (or supplier) and choose to \u201cEdit contact\u201d. \u00a0Under the \u201cCustomer invoice defaults\u201d (or \u201cSupplier invoice defaults\u201d) select the \u201cDefault credit terms\u201d and choose \u201cLast day of month\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that caused the default values from contacts not to be used when raising invoices or bills from the contact record<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that sometimes prevented selection of stock items when preparing an invoice<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improved the quotes screen to include totals [<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ADHOC-2640<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">]<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that caused the due date for an invoice to not be set when adding the customer from the invoice screen<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that could cause inconsistencies in the handling of email addresses when sending invoices<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other small tweaks to the visual presentation of the Invoice screen<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>VAT<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improved the link on the dashboard to the VAT return to better handle the case when the \u201cVAT return journal\u201d toggle feature is off and the VAT return bill has been voided. \u00a0In this case the dashboard links to the VAT return instead of the bill.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improved the controls around creating, managing, and deleting VAT periods and schemes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improved the presentation of VAT details on PDF documents when not VAT registered and using the \u201cRecord VAT on purchases\u201d toggle feature<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that caused incorrect VAT handling for invoices that were raised on VAT Flat Rate Scheme with Cash Basis, and paid under the Standard VAT Scheme with Cash Basis<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fixed an issue that prevented the reversal of a bill for a fixed asset when using the Flat Rate VAT Scheme<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>Reports<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Improved the UX
