Why not give it a try.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apple users can download the Clear Books Mobile app from the <a href=\"https:\/\/apps.apple.com\/app\/clear-books\/id1465707253\">Apple App Store<\/a>, and Android users can equally it from the <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=uk.co.clearbooks.cbmobileapp\">Google Play Store<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Direct bill payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paying bills and payroll can be a time consuming, manual process that\u2019s prone to human errors. Once you\u2019ve connected your Revolut Business account to your Clear Books account, you can select multiple bills at once, then simply click the \u201cPay bills\u201d button. You\u2019ll only ever need to input supplier or employee bank account information once. This will create draft payments within your Revolut Business account that you can approve and pay from Revolut Business in one click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paying staff through Clear Books Payroll follows the same process. Once you\u2019ve run your regular payroll, make sure to \u201cimport to accounts\u201d, and you\u2019ll be able to initiate all the salary, pension and HMRC payments in one go through Clear Books Accounting. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\/blog\/clear-books-integrates-with-revolut-business\/\">Read more<\/a> about the feature and how it works. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haven\u2019t yet tried Clear Books Payroll to speed up simplify your payroll and accounting within one Clear Books product? Payroll enhancements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s a flurry of enhancements coming very soon to <a href=\"https:\/\/secure.clearbooks.co.uk\/account\/register\/account\/?module=OP#\">Clear Books Payroll<\/a>. Amongst these will be the ability to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>resubmit your FPS when making corrections in a previous tax year<\/li><li>upload new employees and update details to existing ones via a CSV import tool<\/li><li>switch from other providers or start using Clear Books Payroll part way through the tax year more easily <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ll let you know when these drop, together with the other exciting payroll updates, so keep an eye out if these sound like something your business could benefit from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Cash flow insights<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cash flow is king! We\u2019ve seen how important it is to keep a pulse on the business\u2019 finances &#8212; making sure there\u2019s enough cash to keep operations running smoothly, or to fund that business expansion you\u2019ve been planning.
