We rely on the Internet to do&#8230; almost everything. So what do you do when the heavens open and the cloud starts to rain on your productivity? i.e. the Internet goes down in your office.<\/p>\n<p>You move your productivity elsewhere. Our entire team of 20 is working as normal today. They are all working from home and they have access to all the tools they need to do their job.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accounting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We use <a href=\"http:\/\/www.clearbooks.co.uk\">Clear Books cloud accounting software<\/a> &#8211; the best there is, don&#8217;t you know!<\/p>\n<p><strong>CRM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The marketing team has access to web based CRM, <a href=\"http:\/\/capsulecrm.com\/\">CapsuleCRM<\/a>. They use this to keep track of communications with customers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Documents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Microsoft office was binned years ago at Clear Books. The whole team collaborates and shares <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\">Google Documents<\/a>. This includes software to create documents, spreadsheets, presentations and surverys in the cloud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Email<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Web based email from Gmail means the team always has access to email as part of the Google Apps service.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Social Communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Many of our communication channels with customers are uninterrupted such as <a href=\"http:\/\/twitter.com\/clearbooks\">Twitter <\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/clearbooks\">Facebook<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Support Tickets<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We have an in house cloud support ticketing system that the support team use to keep on top of customer queries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Technical<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our development team use a range of web services to enhance productivity including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.github.com\">Github<\/a> and Jenkins.
