1. What do you do?
   FT Advisors Limited is a boutique advisory firm based in London, providing corporate finance and strategic advisory services to the financial technology sector.
2. How long has your company been in business?
   We were founded in 2007.
3. What is the size of your company?
   A team of 15.
4. Why did you decide to choose Clear Books for your online accounting?
   We wanted an SAAS based accounting service and we wanted to join the cloud. We need the flexibility of being online as we are on the road a lot of the time.
5. What were your views on going online with your accounting, prior to joining Clear Books?
   We had no qualms about going online with our accounting, and were positive about using Clear Books.
6. How have those views now changed since using Clear Books (if at all)?
   They haven’t changed, as Clear Books has allowed us to be more flexible with our business processes.
7. Did you expect Clear Books to work out as well for you as it has done?
   We’ve had a really positive experience working with Clear Books. We joined Clear Books from day one. It has all capabilities that our business requires, and where it hasn’t – new functionalities have been quickly added.
8. How has your life and your business changed since you began using Clear Books?
   The ability to access our accounts from anywhere in the world at any time, has sped up our business processes. Our accountants are able to access all the ledger entries without us having to meet with them – which again is a time saver.
9. Which Clear Books feature could you not live without and why?
   Expense claim function is really sophisticated. We can scan and attach our receipts into the system which allows for a very helpful audit trail. The multi currency functionality is also incredibly important, as our client base is primarily in Asia and Africa. We therefore have the ability to run different accounts and invoice in different currencies.
10. How will Clear Books continue to help you?
    Clear Books has grown as we have, and has added functionality when requested. We look forward to continuing this synergistic approach.
