Since April 2013, it has been mandatory for employers to update HMRC with employees’ salaries and deductions on each payday. By sending real time information (RTI) to HMRC, Clear Books Payroll can keep on top of this for you, leaving you to get on with growing your business.
The software submits these important details to HMRC electronically, saving you time and taking the stress out of payroll. It’s important to note that RTI submissions have replaced the P35 and P14 annual returns to HMRC.
With Clear Books Payroll, you can tailor this feature to fit your business’s needs. It gives you the option to submit weekly, fortnightly, monthly RTI or whenever is most convenient for your business.
Our payroll software keeps track of the forms you’ll need for the end of the tax year (P60) or if an employee leaves (P45), making it easy to keep up-to-date with all employees personal tax information.
Manage and control your company’s tax information by viewing all of the HMRC documents in your payroll account. You can track tax deductions (P11) onscreen at any time.
Our new auto enrolment feature allows you to set your business’s staging date so you can keep track of when you need to start complying with the government's new pension regulations. It also enables you to carry out an assessment of your workforce so you can determine your employees categories.
To help you avoid errors when filling out your important information, we have a handy missed contribution alert. This will activate if you move an employee's pension join date back to a previous PRP (Pay Reference Period). This will inform you that you might have missed a contribution, to ensure everything you're submitting is correct.
With our employee overview page, you can easily filter through your current and former employees in alphabetical order, making it easier to find who you're looking for. The screen also shows information about that specific employee's pension. You can view their P11, P14 and P45 forms, and denote employees, directors and suppliers. The layout of the page matches the 'customer list' in our accounting application, so users of this will find it familiar.
