1. What do you do?
Swedbrand Ltd., is a packaging and printing company located in China, servicing retailers worldwide.

2. How long has your company been in business?
5 years.

3. What is the size of your company?
10 people.

4. Why did you decide to choose Clear Books for your online accounting?
We needed a program which would be simple, very user friendly and easily accessible for several users.

5. What were you using before you signed up to Clear Books?
Previously working with excel and Microsoft Accounting.

6. What were your views on going online with your accounting, prior to joining Clear Books?
We have been looking at going online for the past two years, in the past year it seems to us that the service being offered has become highly professional with an essential support system firmly in place.

7. How have those views now changed since using Clear Books (if at all)?
Wow, Clear Books is ridiculously easy!

8. Did you expect Clear Books to work out as well for you as it has done?
Other users clearly find the system useful and now it feels natural to use it in our company.

9. How has your life and your business changed since you began using Clear Books?
As Swedbrand is under rapid growth we constantly find ourselves in need to control our cashflow more vigorously. Clear Books allows us to do this, and using charts and reports for this has clearly been a bonus for us. We can now plan for the future more easily. Also it is a great tool for us when dealing with banks.

10. Which Clear Books feature could you not live without and why?
Swedbrand export to over 15 countries, this calls for multi-currency accounting. I feel that Clear Books have an ongoing process of making these features better dealing with transactions in and out and between our accounts. Today, the system is sufficient for us to run all our currency accounts with Clear Books. For us without this feature we would not be able to join the Cloud with Clear Books.

11. What are your business plans for the future?
As a growing company we always consider our costs. We are now considering to place more of our business in the Cloud, since it works well with accounting we have also decided to put our server in the cloud. Also, we are now more than ever monitoring our business activities and feel that we have more control as we now do our accounting activities on an almost daily basis.

12. How will Clear Books help in getting you there?
The system has made us do more of the accounting ourselves has actually let us to save costs. A clear example of this is when our accountant had a look at our Clear Books accounts and saw that they were exactly matched up to our bank statements. The result, we will from now on only pay our accountant for the annual audit!

13. If you were to recommend Clear Books to a friend or client, how would you describe us?
Well, you don’t need to be an accountant to do it, it is easy! You will get a clear overview of your business activities enabling you to easier plan for the future… and the low cost!

14. How has Clear Books helped you save time?
The report system has great features needed for presentations and and shortening times for analysis.

15. Why would you recommend Clear Books to people in a similar trade to you?
It offers multi currency accounting!
