Clear Books provides an API service to it’s users, allowing for third party communication to pass information both into and out of the system.

What can the Clear Books API be used for?

• Add sales and purchase invoices to the system
• Void added invoices
• Record payments and allocate them to invoices
• Add customers and suppliers
• Update customer and supplier information
• Delete customers and suppliers

We’ve added the most commonly used functions to the API at the moment, but if you need it to do something that isn’t listed above, then let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
