I've been using Clear Books since I set up as a sole practitioner. I always recommend it to clients and every one who has used it has loved the functionality and ease of use. The help provided is excellent too - never have to wait long for a response and always sorted out very quickly. I wouldn't use anything else and continue in my quest to get as many others using it as I can!

Sonya

Clear Books is simple to use, full-featured, reliable and well priced. The support team are accessible and knowledgeable. I've used the software for over 10 years and it makes for very easy reporting.

Roger

Due to the nature of my work, I often have the need to contact support. They are always friendly and trying to help resolve issues. Solution time varies from straight away to a bit longer, depending on the complexity of the issue. There is a great continuity with the staff, so I'm very pleased not to have the issue of a new trainee with less knowledge than you dealing with your problem and then they go off for someone to tell them what to do next.
