Clear books offers us a simple and convenient place to manage all our bookkeeping, invoicing, vat and payroll requirements.
Clear books has simplified our invoicing and VAT burdens significantly. We can now create and manage invoices and payments very easily. We are easily able to track when payments are becoming due to keep on top of our cash flow. Clear books also handles our payroll processing and submissions to HMRC.
As a new startup we have been using Clear Books for nearly three years, we have found clear books offers all the functionality we need. As we have grown we have found additional features which we can use including the HR module.

Cloud hosting avoids the need for software installations and updates plus I can access it from anywhere on any of my devices. Automatic backups are handy but I've never had to restore anything (yet), so that's an unknown. |
