Customer support accountant

The main requirement of this role is that you are a qualified accountant, as well as someone who:

  • is a confident and friendly communicator and enjoys helping people
  • has experience working with small businesses
  • has experience using accounting software
  • is able to clearly explain complex information
  • is passionate about numbers and technology
  • is comfortable presenting and training others about accounting and software

Support analyst

As support analyst, your main responsibility will be helping both existing and potential Clear Books customers via email, phone and live chat. You will:

  • provide a great customer experience
  • write and maintain support help guides
  • be computer literate and interested in learning new software
  • have a full or part qualification in accounting

Support analyst (placement)

We are looking for a placement student who would like to learn more about accounting, business, or software development to fill the role of support analyst, where you will help customers via email, phone and live chat. You should be someone who enjoys working as part of a team, solving problems, and learning new things every day in a fast-paced environment. Good English skills and confident communication are also essential for this role.
