Clear Books founder and CEO Tim Fouracre has been featured in a great article by Bizdaq, asking 27 successful entrepreneurs the question ‘What piece of advice would you go back and give yourself when you first embarked on your startup?”

A sneak peak of Tim’s answer reads:

One piece of advice I would give myself is to delegate earlier and trust others.  Starting your own company is exciting and you want to keep control of everything, but soon there is so much to do that you must hire capable employees and most importantly let go.
