What was your background before you started your practice?
Father and son Roger and Adam both bring variety of experience to the practice
Roger has been involved in the finance and accounting sector since 1970 in a variety of roles and industries notably: CFO, Board Group Finance Director, Company Secretary and Finance and Administration Director. These positions involved financial control and accounting responsibilities for companies whose turnovers have been between £10m – £100m as well as merger and acquisition responsibilities. Roger also worked for 6 years as Company accountant for Allied Breweries where he gained considerable experience in the Brewing and sale of Beer to Managed, Free Trade and Tenanted pub restaurants.
Adam qualified as an audit senior with Grant Thornton where he gained experience in the auditing of SME’S ranging from construction of property,manufacturing and service related companies, partnerships and sole traders. More recently he worked for HSBC Canary Wharf in the Investment Banking sector as a product controller for structured equity derivatives.
