Back in March we mentioned that our Product Roadmap was under new ownership and today we are delighted to share this with you.
The team put a great deal of thought into which projects should take priority. Having listened to your feedback and taking into account which projects would align with the Clear Books plc vision we have produced the following roadmap.
This clear & simple high level roadmap communicates both short term and long term projects which the team will continue to work towards.
Projects in progress
Speed
We are in the process of upgrading our core architecture which in other companies has seen significant performance improvements (in some cases an increase in page load speed of up to 40%). We expect similar results here at Clear Books.
Subscriptions
We are in the process of making our subscription system clear & simple; making it easier to select the plan you want, make changes to your subscription and change payment method.
CIS
We are in the process of improving our CIS functionality including adding a new report which will allow customers to search for all paid/part paid sales invoices using CIS account codes within a specified date range.

Long term planned projects
Quality
We aim to start a new quality project to improve the core accounting engine of our product, tackling issues raised by some of our customers. The outcome of this project will be improved reliability.
Infrastructure
We will migrate to a best in class hosting provider. We are proud to boast excellent uptime but for added peace of mind for our customers we will be moving to a recognised supplier.
Clear & simple menu
We aim to launch an improved menu, that some customers are already using, to make it easier to navigate around our system to ensure you are making the most of the features available.
Customer invoices
We aim to start a new project to improve our invoice themes so that customers can create attractive, professional invoices using a clear & simple drag and drop interface.
Mobile
We aim to start a new project to improve our mobile app making it easier for our customers to use Clear Books on the go
Integrations
We aim to make our integration with Receipt Bank even tighter, and also work on other key integrations requested by our customers starting with Stripe.
