Clear Books were delighted to receive some great feedback from our fantastic customers recently, when the results of the AccountingWEB Software Satisfaction Awards survey were published.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, which gives us real encouragement that we are providing a product that you, our customers, enjoy using. However, there is always room for improvement and the survey was incredibly useful in identify these areas.

As an overall score, 65% of Clear Books customers who took part said they would recommend Clear Books to a friend. Compared to an average score of 25% across the other software firms involved in the survey, we are pretty pleased with the result!

The survey was then broken down into categories, where Clear Books customers were asked to rate us out of 5 on each category. Here are the results and some of the feedback we received:

Ease of Use – 4.52 out of 5

“Within 5 minutes I was up and running. However, the simplicity does not detract from the depth of the software and features available”

Functionality – 4.42 out of 5

“Clear Layout and functionality, and best of all access from any computer”

Support – 4.35 out of 5

“Timely support by people who really understand the questions and have workable solutions”

Value for Money – 4.56 out of 5

“Perfect for a small business like us where time and money are tight. I can’t recommend it enough”

And finally, a comment which particularly warmed our hearts and reflects our mission statement to champion the small businesses of Great Britain:

“Very easy to use, very quick response with queries and assistance. A massive asset to my business and a contribution to its success story so far!!!”

As mentioned, we also received some feedback regarding areas where we can improve. We are already working with some of these suggestions to make fantastic new features and improved services which we hope you will love, so keep an eye out for further announcements about these!
