We’ve been having a bit of a battle with the office temperature at Clear Books this week as the weather fluctuates between tropical sunshine and freezing downpours.
But despite the hottest Halloween on record we can’t deny that after Bonfire Night and the release yesterday of the John Lewis Christmas ad, winter is officially here.
Which means we’ll be spending a lot more time inside the office. Hammersmith Road isn’t pretty when it’s raining.
That’s not too much of a hardship though. At Clear Books we’ve made a real effort to make the office as homely and pleasant as possible — highlights include soft and colourful furniture, lots of plants and goldfish and, most importantly, a pool table.
