Each month at Clear Books, we hold an event in aid of a different charity. As we have a relaxed dress code in the office, a ‘dress-down’ day won’t work, so we do a ‘dress-up’ day instead, where Clear Books team members wear their most formal clothes and donate to the chosen charity.

Today (Friday December 18th), instead we’re supporting Christmas Jumper Day, raising money for Save the Children. We’re currently at a total raised of £871 from these events since we started them in July, and are hoping to break the £900 mark today!

So far we have raised:

July: £40.60 for Diabetes UK

August: £50.76 for Guide Dogs

September (1): £63.15 for Beat (Clear Books COO Lizzie’s JustGiving page)

September (2): £137.72 for Macmillan

October: £221 for The Brain Tumour Charity (The Sue Robson fund)

November: £225 for Children in Need

December (1): £133 for Cardiac Risk in the Young – the James Phillips memorial fund

We hope you have a great Christmas and a Happy New Year!
