How to beat Blue Monday

If you’re feeling down in the dumps today, it’s probably because today is reported to be the most depressing day of the year. The concept of Blue Monday was first publicised by Sky Travel in 2005, and is worked out by an equation that factors in weather conditions, debt level, time since Christmas, time since failing new year’s resolutions and low motivational levels.
