The Clear Books team has been busy emailing our customers with several surveys over the last couple of months. First, I wanted to thank every customer who has contributed as your feedback is extremely helpful to us. Secondly, I wanted to give you a bit of an update.

Office Space
In the first survey we asked you if you would be interested in shared office space in West London – either a hot desk when you are in London or perhaps a permanent base. Unfortunately, the office next door that we had hoped to expand into is not available. Therefore until we find a suitable alternative this idea is on the back burner. We still think it’s a brilliant idea and hopefully we can execute it in the future.

The second survey quizzed you about your thoughts on how we should invest and grow Clear Books. We had a fantastic response and are now debating whether we grow the business faster by taking investment or whether we continue to grow it organically. More will follow on this topic in the coming months as we reach a decision.

Accountant Partners
At the end of 2012 we contacted all our accounting partners to understand better how you use Clear Books and the features you would like to see in Clear Books. This is already underpinning the development roadmap for our accounting partners.

Small Business Customers
At the beginning of 2013 we contacted all our small business customers to find out what you like about Clear Books and what you would like to see improved. We are currently digesting this information and will be providing further updates shortly.
