Tell us a bit about your company. What makes you unique?

Business Doctors is a business support organisation, dedicated to helping small- and medium-sized businesses achieve their vision.

Chris and I are part of a network of experienced business people, passionate about sharing our skills and experiences.

Our approach is different from many other organisations in our market, unique, in the manner of our interaction with clients, where we get involved in the nuts and bolts of businesses providing practical advice every step of the way

Why are you exhibiting at CBCE?

In part, to promote ourselves to the Clear Books Community but also to understand more about Clear Books and how they provide solutions to their customers.

Why should other small business owners visit your stand? How can you help them?

If a business owner has any challenges, working on their business, they may wish to ask questions of Chris or myself, which may lead to overcoming obstacles and helping them to achieve their aspirational goals.

We have a wealth of experience in setting up and running businesses and if we are unable to assist on questions, we have a Team of over 40 Business Doctor colleagues to assist.

If business owners simply want to ask questions on anything that is of concern in their business or how to go about things differently, we’d love to assist them on the day.

How has Clear Books helped your business? What’s your favourite feature?

Having only worked with Clear Books since September, as a supplier, we would have to say – the people, the passion and the rich product features come to mind.

What’s your favourite piece of business advice? What would you say to small business owners just starting out?

Build a plan for the business, do your research on competitors and the market and find other people to help you, either employed or outsourced skills…and measure whatever you are doing and review.
