The best way to find out is to take a free product tour webinar with one of our account managers. Our account managers are all product experts who will take the time to understand your specific accounting practice to make sure the Clear Books processes match up with your everyday needs. The tour generally takes around an hour and is requested online.

More questions? No problem

It’s inevitable — you take the tour, get back to work and half an hour, or a day later, you have more questions.

Don’t worry; you haven’t missed your chance to ask the question. Meet the support team

Answering our subscribers’ and trialists’ questions is the job of our amazing London-based support agents. They’re available via email or on the phone between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. 

Because it’s a relatively small team, you’ll find you start to recognise the voices that pick up the phone (usually within 4 rings — we may be small, but we’re efficient!). Like our account managers, our support agents are all product experts so the same person will be able to answer all of your questions. That means you won’t have to sit around listening to terrible hold music as you wait to be transferred from department to department.
