Clear Books has a brand new feature – Management Reporting.

Head to “Reports > Management Report” within your Clear Books account and you will see that you can now create an attractive PDF report providing a complete overview of your business.

Currently the Management Report contains Profit & Loss, Cashflow and Balance Sheet along with the option to include graphs for all of these reports.

Give it a go and please do let us know what you think.

  1. Very neat feature, easier then running the reports separately. Is it possible to specify a date period that you want the data extracted from ?

  2. Nice set of reports, easier than creating manually. What would be good is to be able to specify the reporting period

  3. This is quite useful! However, I’d like to see colourful graphs, particularly pie charts which are, in my opinion, a more user friendly visual. I’d also like to see a colourful expenditure pie chart on the home page as an option. Others might want to see that in a bar chart – having the option to have one or the other would be fantastic.

  4. Emma – if you can specify the reporting period by months / quarters / yearly that would be good
