We have been beavering  away trying to find ways to make it easier for you to communicate with people within your group  in  Clear Books and have come up with a nice new messaging system! In a similar style to Facebook, once you are connected with other users of your Clear Books account, you can talk to them in a chat window at the bottom of your screen. We are hoping this will make using Clear Books even easier, as you won’t have to wait for an email response from other users of your account before knowing what to do. It also means that you can chat directly with your colleagues to help clear up any miscommunications over accounts which we all know can happen from time to time!


We are trialing this feature, so if you are interested in giving it a go, head to the Labs section in the drop down menu within your Clear Books account and get trialing!


Please do let us know how your experience with this feature goes, we are hoping to roll this out once our initial testing with the first 1,000 users has been conducted.

Note that while this feature is in Labs both you and your colleagues or clients will need to turn it on so that you have someone to talk to.
