We recently launched a new version of the Clear Books mobile app. The update brings a whole host of new features, including the incredibly popular mobile scans.

You asked, so we delivered. You can now upload all of your receipts to your Clear Books account, through the mobile app.

With the new Clear Books mobile app, uploading receipts and documents to your account has never been easier. Simply sign in to the mobile app, select your business name and tap the attachment options in the side menu. You can then attach a previously taken photo, or take one there and then. After you’ve selected the image you want, it is uploaded to our servers and synced with your Clear Books account and can be attached to invoices.

If you don’t have an Android or Apple device, you can always send your receipts and documents by email using your personal “scans” email address under Settings > API. As well as implementing mobile scanning, we have also improved certain features within the app such as contacts, multi currency and payments.

You can download the app by scanning the codes below. Alternatively, search for “Clear Books” in the App store for iOS, or Play store for Android.
